When will I receive my artwork?
Since each product is meticulously handcrafted, once an order is placed there will be a production time of 3-5 business days for the tracking to be available.
Once your personalized piece is ready for shipment, it will take less than a week to arrive, determined by the seller and is based on the area you live in and what shipping methods are available to your area at the time your order is placed.
How do I get my tracking number?
You will be automatically emailed with your tracking number once we ship out your order after the production period (up to 5 business days). If you don't receive your tracking number within that time frame, please feel free to reach out to our support team via email: glowhub.contact@gmail.com
Will my custom neon sign require any specialist installation?
Our signs come in a mounted acrylic panel, which allows them to be portable, and is complete with a normal mains plug that is compatible with the plug socket based on the region they're shipped to. The sign simply just needs to be mounted onto the wall or suspended from a chain that we can supply as an optional accessory.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Once your product is processed and in production, it can not be cancelled or switched.
Warranty: 1 year warranty on electrical components for indoor signs, 6 months warranty on electrical components for outdoor signs. Warranty begins from date of purchase.

Are your art pieces presented in Inches or Centimeters?
All our pieces are presented in both.
Where can I add a coupon/discount code to my purchase?
We offer discount codes on a very limited basis or exclusively to our email subscribers. If you have one, you can input the discount code on the checkout page, before paying for your order.
