Refund Policy
We are sorry to hear you want to return your item. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can always contact us for any return question at glowhub.contact@gmail.com.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note custom items are not eligible for returns.
Items that have already been opened and used cannot be returned.
For all returns, Glow Hub Neon Signs is not responsible for the shipping cost of returned products. Please email us for our return address at glowhub.contact@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos and a video of the item along with a detailed description at glowhub.contact@gmail.com.
Warranty: 1 year warranty on electrical components for indoor signs, 6 months warranty on electrical components for outdoor signs. Warranty begins from date of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We'll be happy to get back to you!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
